In the unlikely event that your product is damaged simply call us at Tel: 416-297-8220 within 30 days of delivery to make a claim. If something is wrong with an order, we will take immediate steps to replace the product or refund your money. Returned material must be un-opened, and in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, you must contact Direct Marketing P.G. Inc. (DMPG) by phone at 416-297-8220 in order to request a return materials authorization (RMA) number.
DMPG appreciates your business and will take all reasonable efforts within the guidelines of this policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
2. For refunds and exchanges, we may ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for audit and fraud prevention purposes. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information. This information is collected, used and retained to help us ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid (in each case and over time) and in accordance with our DMPG Policy.
RECLAIMING TAXES ON RETURNED ITEMS

you authorize DMPG to submit a claim for taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. DMPG will refund the purchase price and taxes directly to you minus a 15% re-stocking fee

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
